2. Bookings and Payments

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you have signed a rental agreement and made the required deposit or full payment as specified.

• Payment Terms: Payments for services must be made according to the terms specified in the invoice or rental agreement. We accept [insert accepted payment methods]. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

• Damage or Loss: You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the rented equipment while it is in your possession. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, governmental restrictions, pandemics, or labor strikes.

 

4. Use of Our Website

• Content Ownership: All content on the Just Peachy Events website, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Just Peachy Events, LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our website content without our express written permission.

• Prohibited Use: You agree not to use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to hacking, data mining, or the distribution of harmful code. You also agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services.

If you do not wish to have photos or videos from your event used for these purposes, you must notify us in writing prior to your event.
